2024

Where It All Began

Mom’s GlowUp Expo was born from a deeply personal journey, one that began with the challenges of IVF, postpartum healing, and the weight of society’s expectations on women and mothers. What started as a spark became a movement: a space where women no longer had to shrink, stay silent, or fit in.

In May 2024, we gathered 80+ women, mothers, and leaders for the very first time. The energy was raw, emotional, and transformative. With corporate sponsors like RBC and SharkNinja beauty brands standing alongside us, women left saying “I’ve never experienced anything like this before.”

This wasn’t just an event. It was the beginning of breaking the barrier and rewriting the narrative of motherhood, leadership, and legacy.

2025

The Momentum Grows

By 2025, the movement expanded. The Expo hosted at the Toronot Botanical Gardens with even more impact.

Sponsors joined forces: TD Bank, and Michelle Blashir, founder from Mamawear supported our mission.
Partnerships expanded: We collaborated with non-profits Sojourn House to support single mothers, women in shelters, and refugees because when one mother rises, her family and community rise too.
The community strengthened: Panels, speaking, and connections left women feeling seen, celebrated, and unstoppable.

The Expo was no longer just an idea, it became proof that women, when given the stage, change the world.

Where do we start? Gorgeous venue, inspiring speakers, informative presentations, a great variety of vendors showcasing their products and services, fabulous giveaways and swag bags! I had the pleasure of being a vendor at the @momsglowupexpo, and it was an incredible experience! The venue was bright and beautiful, setting the perfect tone for the event. From the delicious food and refreshing mocktails to the stylish decor and fun fashion shows, everything was top-notch. Hearing the incredible speakers share their wisdom was truly inspiring, and it was great to meet new vendors. The event hosts and staff were incredibly attentive, checking in with all the vendors to ensure everything ran smoothly. The prize giveaways, overflowing swag bags (of great stuff!) and raffle prizes benefiting charity, added an extra layer of excitement to an already fantastic day. Overall, it was a positive and uplifting event, and I can't wait to do it again next year! Kudos to the organizers for putting together such an amazing experience. Highly recommend!
